It is with great sadness that we have learnt that Mr Henk Lafèbre, former Chair of the NBCC, passed away on December 21, 2022. We remember Henk as an amiable and pleasant person who served the NBCC and its members with great commitment and dedication for which we are grateful. Following his career as a Partner with KPMG in London, Henk joined the board of the NBCC shortly after his retirement and was elected Chair in 2005. As Chair, he steered the NBCC through a difficult and challenging period with his expertise and a large network in the Anglo-Dutch community. He was a loved husband, father, and grandfather as well as a friend to many in NBCC.
