On April 10th the NBCC hosted its first NBCC Brexit Forum aimed at providing its members with in-depth and up-to-date information in order to bring them up to speed regarding the state of affairs surrounding the Brexit negotiations. NBCC Members were welcomed in the Hilton Hotel in The Hague by Anton Valk, Chairman of the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce and Sir Geoffrey Adams, the British Ambassador to the Netherlands.
Keynote speaker of the evening was Rt Hon David Jones, Minister of State at the Department for Exiting the European Union. Other speakers at the NBCC Brexit Forum included Guido Landheer, Deputy Director General of Foreign Economic Relations at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Clingendael’s General Director, Monika Sie Dhian Ho, James Knightley, Senior Economist UK at ING Bank and Philip Souta, Head of UK Public Policy at Clifford Chance.
