Collaborating on Sustainable Innovation with Leaders of Tomorrow
At the blue zone of COP26 in Glasgow, we organized a live stream British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) “Tomorrow is now” panel discussion on the importance of collaborating with young professionals to drive ClimateAction. This plenary session on youth empowerment is a collaboration between NBCC, Sail for the Future, We Are Together Global Partnership and NJR.
As David Alfrey of Clifford Chance said: “This is our crisis. Our voices are important to the discussion. Integration of youth voice is critical to business, policy and all the solutions.”
Henk Jan Beltman of Tony's Chocolonely added: “Companies should and can make the world a better place; both environmentally as well as socially. I would not want to work for a company that does not work towards that.”
Livestreamed direct from the summit, across border innovation stations at PwC were connected to show how cooperation with young professionals is the way to get things done to catalyze and accelerate ideas developed in emerging cross-company partnerships for a Greener Future.
